About Us
Hi, we are the Sevek Family. We both grew up locally in Columbiana and Stark Counties. Grant graduated from the University of Mount Union with a degree in Business Administration, and played baseball. Molly attended Stark State in North Canton. We both have many years’ experience working in the oil and gas industry.
After graduation in 2009, Grant began his career in oil and gas as a title and leasing landman working with Chesapeake Energy, and since then we have had the opportunity to work with many major oil and gas companies nationwide. This includes helping grow private equity backed companies in Eastern Ohio, as well as working with some of the largest publicly traded oil and gas companies in the industry.
Our family has a long history and experience as landowners working with oil and gas companies as well. In southern Columbiana County, the Sevek family has several wells producing on their land which have been successfully operated by Encino Energy. Recently, EOG Resources, a publicly traded company based in Texas, purchased Encino’s Ohio assets. At the same time, other companies are actively pursuing new oil and gas leases and agreements in our area. These experiences have given us firsthand knowledge of both the opportunities and the challenges landowners face when working with oil and gas companies. Our goal is to help and educate local landowners so you can get the most out of this opportunity and secure agreements that truly protect your interests.
Today, our mission is simple: to help and educate local landowners in Columbiana, Stark, Mahoning, and surrounding counties so they can confidently navigate their oil and gas agreements. With both industry connections and personal experience, our family brings a unique perspective to the table, one rooted in family, community, and a commitment to making sure landowners get fair terms and the protections they deserve.
